Participanthello rusticratbag
One of the best people to contact with your problem, for advice and spares is- Jon Cruse, The Mower Centre, Vicarage Road, Hailsham, East Sussex. 01323 842477. I am sur he will be able to help you, and he has a postal service for parts, and a website.
Not an evening person, as he operates during normal working hours including Saturday mornings.
Chris.
I used to deal with him when we lived in Ringmer, East Sussex.October 1, 2015 at 7:46 pm #14717hortiman

ParticipantHello Mr Trusty220
I hope all is well with you and yours. The small machine is an American ‘rotoette’ here fitted with the rotary cultivator attachment, it does appear at GDSF sometimes with toolbar and tines. It is owned by Jon Van den Broek from Belgium, a keen supporter of VHGMC events and other horticultural working shows.
I will find a few more photos later.

ParticipantHi there.
You should be hearing a squeak from the injector as it delivers the fuel. I am sure that you realise that you need a really hefty swing on the starting handle to fire up the zunder fuse.
I do have a manual if it is of use to you I could get it copied for you.
I may have a new pump somewhere too.

ParticipantI think it is water orientated, either for well digging or bore hole digging.

ParticipantHello Robert.
When I had a chainsaw tarpen flex attachment it was fitted with the shaft which had the twistgrip clutch at the end, most useful if you got the saw jammed or needed to stop the blade in emergency. I would not entertain using the saw attachment without that little clutch unit.Chris

ParticipantAs Stuart says, if there is a lot of lateral movement, the teeth disengage on the axle shaft, maybe one has stripped. You will have to investigate , it is probably remedied quite simply.
