    I can recommend Morris Lubricants:-

I use their oils for my MG2, they will advise which of their products are suitable for the MG6

    Good luck with the restoration,
    Hugh

This looks identical to the carburetor on the Ransome MG2. Neil Jarrett sells jet keys for the original square headed jets, part no S24

    Hello Charlie

The spammers are at it again in the machinery and main forum areas. The trial forum membership needs the captcha thingy on the application page.

    Thanks

I have bought a couple of bits from Westlake and can recomend them, they are very prompt with delivery. They are on that well known auction site and are based at Peakirk just north of Peterborough.

    Thanks Charlie,

Your list will be a very useful reference, perhaps there should be a section on the forum for info such as this.

My Ransome C29 tool frame had 10 x 2 Dunlop tyres on the depth wheels, I think this is 4.00 – 6 in modern terms

This I think is a good explanation of tyre sizes

There are two in the Stanfield thread and one in the Radio controlled mower 1959 thread.

Thankyou for your hard work in clearing the others.
