    yes I thought the same,but there might be some sinking sand around. That stuff is fatal if your on your lonesome.did subs have bronze props ? if they did I betya they have gone.

    cheers paul,have been in and out of the shed so much lately with this grass box that between the path and the shed there is a sheep track developing !! Must have a word with the farmer

    Now this coat of paint is dry have had another look in daylight and there was a couple ,quite noticeable when the sun shone so back into the shed for some more plastic padding. I have come to the conclusion that it will never be the new box it once was but I think after the third remake I will have to accept it for what it is. Now must have a word with Titch about decals but will wait until after New Year.

    Frankie sounds fine good job you saved it owen,will serve you well. I need my engine fine tuning but it can wait until next summer now.

    Is the idle set screw to lean, gently seat it up till it stops and back out 1 and 1/2 turns. If it has adjustable main you could try opening it slightly to see if it has any effect. You could also check tappets especially inlet valve.

    Hello. I would have thought it’s a clutch stuck open, check to see if its’ operating correctly. If that’s not the reason, Member SIG will sort you out.

    the good bit would be getting inside the liner standing on the top of piston at the bottom of its stroke and with a paint scraper in your hand start and decoke it.
