ParticipantA big thank you to Geoff, Ivan and Steve for all the effort
and work in putting on a great display and for the pork pie
and other treats. The gang from Essex were made welcome and
it was a very warm welcome even if the heaters had been
turned off. Hope to see you all in March. Dave Clark.November 7, 2014 at 11:40 am #10602dave
ParticipantIf you live in the Essex area please give me a phonecall

ParticipantHi Wandr, Come to Weeley next September with or without a machine and we will
help you all we can with a loan of a machine or help with your own machine.
There will be several acres of land to play on and lots of (expert) advice
and help at hand.

ParticipantHave you considered ultrasonic cleaning of the carb? I purchased
an ultrasonic cleaner from Machine Mart last year and I have
cleaned the carbs on my Ransomes and Roberts Trusty in it and
both machines seem to be behaving a lot better since a good
vibratory clean.September 26, 2014 at 5:22 pm #10194dave
ParticipantAndrew, Most of the Ransomes Paperwork is held at the Ipswich transport museum

ParticipantNow that the weekend is over and all the machines are off the field has
anybody got any complaints or comments to make? Next years event
takes place on 19th and 20th September. We have one or two ideas that
we are talking about but we really want your input on this as it is
your club and David and myself want it to be as good as this year
or better. So come on lets hear from you. Dave .September 22, 2014 at 6:26 pm #10158dave
ParticipantThanks to everybody who came to Weeley and helped to make it
such a good weekend. I am putting a piece together for the
Cultivator so I wont go here but it was worth all the effort.September 19, 2014 at 5:40 pm #10106dave
Participantdavid 1987 sorry that you cannot make it. I will post some photos
just to remind you what you have missed. On Thursday I spent all
day topping the working field and today (Friday) I have marked out
the ploughing plots and the play pen area. The field is a bit tough
but with the lack of rain this has to be accepted. I hope to meet up
with you in the near future.
see you soon. Dave.September 16, 2014 at 6:32 pm #10077dave
