Picture no 14. Is that your best table cloth? Get it in the washing machine quick before
Mrs R, she who has to be obeyed finds out.
For cleaning carbs etc I use 28 second heating oil and an ultrasonic cleaner.
The job is beginning to look good.

Would it be possible to you to sketch the metal frame with some dimensions for me.
My heater is the smaller of the two shown in your photos but I do not have the
    framework to go with it.

I checked my Teagle Jetcut this morning. No numbers on the belt
but it measured 27 inches round the outer of the belt. I hope that
this is of use to you.

At a guess the old wooden handle rotted out and a enterprising
gardener hammered a metal spike in so he could carry on rolling
    the lawn.

    I have a Clifford Cultivator fitted with a J A P 600cc side valve engine
    and the J A P handbook states a Zenith 24T-2 no 1467 carburetter.
So maybe you could fit a Zenith instead of the Amal.
I can scan and send you the details if required.

We think that it worked off a pressurised system so the flow
of water kept the pump working. Probably in a overhead system
in large glasshouses or market gardens.

Hi, Your Ransomes MG5 dates from 1949. I do have a parts list for a MG5 and an engine
instruction book. I can get my grandson to download and send to you. Please
contact me at djclark89@btinternet.com and I will try and help you.
    Dave Clark.
