As a belated postscript to this. I now have a Fairlawn spreader
and all the paperwork. As soon as we can clean up the paperwork we will make
it available. Stave a copy will be on its way to you.

A friend of mine sent me a few new spuds from his garden today. Maybe
Geoff wants new spuds for Christmas dinner.

The Carburettor you require is a Amal concentric no 244/873.
The fuel pump is an Amal type 150/858.
As Neil comments they are very rare items.
Can you please send me the tractor and engine numbers for
    the Ransomes register.
    Dave.

A friend of mine had the same problem. He managed to cut a bit of digger bucket
lip plate to size and carefully trimmed the old worn share to shape and mig
welded the lip plate into place. Not a 100% job but it got him ploughing again.
Can you please send me the frame and engine numbers for the Ransomes register.

Its very much like the Darby digger. Made in Wickford Essex. and fitted
to the back of a traction engine.

A big thank you to all members who came along and made the weekend worthwhile
and a very big thankyou to Robert (Trustymad) for all the work he did to

I went to Weeley yesterday in the rain. The field/playpen
needed a good watering so it should be in good condition
for the weekend. The weather forecast is good, set fair
for the weekend so we will all have a good time. I look
forward to seeing you all on Saturday.

If you check the member downloads there is a parts list with most of the information
you require for the TS 65 and 66 mounted ploughs.

Yesterday the 29th I went to Weeley to check the field and have a chat
with Dave and Chris Weeley. The Field looks in good condition and is
fairly weed free so we should have a good playpen/ploughing area.
There are lots of new additions to the sheep and also some very
friendly goats for the youngsters to pet. watch the goats as they
will try to sample your clothing.
Because of the livestock ALL dogs will be kept on leads at all times.
I look forward to seeing you all there. Any problems please ring
    me on 01376 340072.

    Simon.
I am not a good ploughman but there will be members there who can point you
    in the right direction.
The address is published in The Cultivator magazine which is sent to all paid up club members. (edited by admin) It will be well worth getting up
    on Saturday morning.
    Dave.
