It certainly looks like a Tracgrip see https://vhgmc.co.uk/photo-galleries/trac-grip-trucks/ for a couple more photos.
Registering it for road use will involve filling in various forms and supplying information such as date of manufacture etc to the DVLA. Have a look at their website for full details.

John, the ‘cooking pot’ on top of fuel tank is an oil bath air filter. Additional air filtering is provided by oil soaked wood shavings (the long thin ones used as packing material) in the inlet tube. These machines originate from Switzerland and are built to a very high standard. Geo Monro sold the earlier models and in 1948 started producing the model 56 under licence, they went on to produce the smaller model 35.

Another twist on the ransome theory. Pay up or we send more parts and tell Ruth.

Interesting new tactic for smuggling in new additions to the collection.

I have not heard of a Villiers Mk25 having a decompression lever before. Could you add a photograph or two showing the head and decompression lever and cable as it is not clear in the first image.
Photo is rather small, did you compress the photo file or simply reduce size of image? If the later have a look in the Help and Information section of forum where there is a topic detailing how to compress photo files.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
As far as I know a plough was not available for the Howard Gem.
Looking at your photographs I can see it has been modified with a battery and ignition coil, presumably because the magneto has failed. Parts for these are available in the UK.

I have problems with the Albion gearbox on my Trusty Earthquake. On initial start up after a period of storage the clutch sticks and drags. After a short period of running it operates normally. I have always assumed it is the corks in the clutch plate sticking. No kick start on gearbox.
Do you know which model of Albion gearbox it is? I do have some manuals and could send you a scanned copy if I have one for the type you have.

Machine 624 was despatched on 12-7-55, the agent was Farmfitters, unfortunately the customer details are not recorded for this machine. Series 3 production ran from 1954 to 1965.

I have manuals and engine information, Geo Monro is my speciality. I also have the factory records and can date machines from the machine number. pm sent with more info.
