It could be a Wrigley, or based on one.

Neil Jarrett, (ransomes256 on this forum) is the man for spares and information.
To start the engine yoiu need to pull out one of the two buttons on the rear of the clutch, engine may need turning over slowly to get it to engage.

For seals and bearing I would suggest Simply Bearings

First clean and adjust points, they can build up a layer of corrosion. Coil and condenser really need professional test gear to testthem thoroughly, a multimeter will show if condenser is short circuit and if coil, primary and secondary windings, are open circuit. HT lead should be easy to replace if it is suspect. A new plug might help, or at least a known good one.

It might be worth contacting Cox and Turner Engineering aboput a replacement piston.

The blades do not need to swing 360 on their mounting bolts, they only beed to swing in if an obstruction is hit. I suspect the bolts have a shoulder rather than a plain shank, to ensure the blades do swing.

A photo of the blade set up would help to see if aluminium plate should be flat and if blades should rotate.
