restoration is taking on a different stance. rather than take it all to pieces and starting the conventional way I am doing bit by bit ,but putting it back on. reason is rather than have bits scattered every where they are all together.hope you can understand this. A few pictures.

yes stuart we have a makers plate with serial no and engine type and not forgetting the makers model of tiller will get them soon.shame about the decal but I think it may have something about, make sure tiller out of gear before starting etc.

Hello Charlie.
Can you please tell me if am insured, as in my members pack it said the card was not sent out as u didn’t have my DOB 19/12/1990. And I had to return a form which wasn’t there and no address to send to.and please can I have a form to fill in to be included in the register?

i have got the forms for this show and will get them back to you as i will be going. i am hopefull in getting the coleby jnr runnning (at last!!)if i manage to get some of my many machines sold to give me room to work on it!! and money to spend on its sympathetic restoration!!also a few of the smaller bits and pieces of machineary

thanks stuart it seems every one is saying red. so red it is,and thanks for sales brochure it will be good to get it printed off. have just remembered stuart do you know what the writing says near the swivel point on handle bars mine has worn away so badly I cannot read what it says. this will be needed for new decals. thanks again.

Stuart.yes its the same one.ot even has same carb and air filter
I know i keep goi.g on about the colours but thetank has been sprayed white which is same colour as engie now if it wasred it would still be
have rubbed tank down to metal and no red present. Thanks angus and stuart

You could be right. I would still be interested to know what the correct spark plug should be though, just to confirm we got the right one, if anyone knows.
