charlieKeymasterGoogle can be used to translate whole documents, I used for a SIMAR manual which was in French. It is not perfect but far better than anything I could do. You will need to scan the document to create a pdf file. Have a look at https://cloud.google.com/translate/docs/advanced/translate-documents

charlieKeymasterI have a Trusty Earthquake rotavator with a Villiers Mk25 engine which is left in the shed unused for months, typically 6 months, and it starts first time without the need to clean points.
Some later Mayfields had a Kohler engine, others used a B&S engine I believe. The Museum of English Rural Life (MERL) at Reading has an extensive collection of information about Mayfield garden tractors.November 30, 2021 at 7:46 am #38292
charlieKeymasterIt is well worth noting that not all VHGMC members use the club website, so response to this topic is not necessarily a good measure of interest. The only way to contact all VHGMC members is via the club magazine, but there is no guarantee they will read it.

charlieKeymasterirc you may want to reconsider posting your email address where it is publicly visible. Far better to pass that sort of information via a private message.

charlieKeymasterAs you are only 14 I doubt it. Converting to electric to class it as a mobility scooter will no doubt not be allowed, it will still be a mower.

charlieKeymasterMike, I take it you mean the two at edge of display. These are turf irons used for lifting turf, the bend allows the blade to run parallel with surface.

charlieKeymasterI would suggest the autotruck club but it seems that option does not work.
For an age related plate you will need to prove age of the truck which is where the autotruck club should be able to help.
The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs (FBHVC) has a guide to the DVLA which may help see An essential guide to DVLANovember 6, 2021 at 8:30 am #38186
charlieKeymasterMike, you would be better starting a new topic rather than adding to this old one.

charlieKeymasterDoes that have a wooden shaft? I have one that was my fathers, no idea of age though.

charlieKeymasterWhich grease nipples are you referring to? The ones on the wheel hubs or miller drive.
The wheel hub grease nipple MT632 on later machines is listed as a Tecazerk Type 6082.
GR 10 for MT341 miller drive housing is only listed as grease nipple. I will have a look at one and see if I can work out size.November 4, 2021 at 10:51 am #38173
