OK thanks very much for that Charlie, wasn’t to sure, i dont like to metion sites. if its a mk 25 I believe a head of mk12 will fit?,think you will gain a little compression.

yes Alan your marbles are intack t yes I remember I took it around the ring because steve wanted a jolly with the goodwood. just can see steve with yellow coat on having a chin wag with someone and he has the goodwood with him

If you look at your photo 1106 you can see a threaded hole at the top of the carb. this is where your mixture control screw should be, it is a simple bolt, with a lock nut, this controls the mixture of air and petrol, yours is missing, so you must have a weak mixture, you screw it in to richen the mixture, should be an easy fix.

Think the mark 25 is four stoke? I don’t no how to say this with been new on forum ,with rules (Charlie), but there is one on a well known online auction site. Yes it is for a different model,but I think it will fit.
