    They are still servicable and will still do a good job with some long handles fitted
    I still use these types as they do a perfect job around growing crops. They will never wear out

    I have one of these m/c’s but cannot find any info. The engine fitted was a B&s 4hp vertical shaft that had parts missing so has been stood. Any info wellcome. The tilling width is 24″

    I have 2 m/c’s that are going for scrap, the older type and the last type. one has a good silencer. I am in Sheffield
    The machines are free for collection if anyone is interested

    I bought this m/c some time ago and the owner had bought it for the Albion gearbox but never got round to removing it
    It has the lever starting handle and the colour is yellow
    I would like to know what engine was fitted from the factory

    The M/c it came off was a Clifford Mk2 according to (50 yrs gardening machinery)

    I have my doubts now that it’s not an Auto Culta looking at “Fifty years if garden machinery” as the main lump of the m/c was red. I have the roto box and will take pics of both the rotobox and the engine and post ASAP

    I think its a 25C, it was on a Auto-Culto 1 m/c which was scrapped, Looks as not had much use

    I would think transmission is a centrofugal clutch so the speed is dependant on throttle control

    I have one stripped at the moment and had it blasted and painted Post Office Red and it looks good
    I would be open to offers as I will not be able to assemble because of artherites in my fingers.

    I have a married couple who are very good friends and both are ploughing judges and am at present trying to fix a reversable plough and need the same answer ie fixed or allowed to swing ( if swing how much)
    When I have their opinion I will post the result on here for everyone

    I recently got rid of a pair of wheel rims and main m/c casting as unrepareable I still have the rotovator box if you need one in very good condition this had a Villiers 25c 2 stroke engine

    The m/c itself is scrap the gearbox was in pieces but I bought it for the grasscutter and the grass tyres
    The engine is an Aspera now you mention it with a bore about the same as a Villiers 15

    I have a Monrotiller Mk 2 painted light blue, the previous owner said it was from France. It has a white engine which needs no-spark attention The coil is Ducaty electronic ignition
    Any advice to remedy and get the engine going please

    I collected mine in an old Honda Civic size no problem but quite heavy. Putting a Villiers engine on mine eventually,
