    I have a Monrotiller Mk 2 painted light blue, the previous owner said it was from France. It has a white engine which needs no-spark attention The coil is Ducaty electronic ignition
    Any advice to remedy and get the engine going please

    Could you post a picture of machine and engine? It could be a replacement engine, I have one with an Aspera engine which is white.

    The m/c itself is scrap the gearbox was in pieces but I bought it for the grasscutter and the grass tyres
    The engine is an Aspera now you mention it with a bore about the same as a Villiers 15

    If gearbox is in pieces it may be worth checking the bronze worm wheel and if it is not too badly worn keep it or sell it as a spare.
