A good show. Well done to all club members who made the effort to exhibit
or came along to visit. It was well worth the drive from east Anglia.

Jonathan I have been told that the first few M G 2 were painted green
as they were made in the old mower factory and all Ransomes mowers
were painted green so that was the paint they used. This may be an old wives tail
but I have seen other early MG2’s in green. Dave.

Many thanks to all who made the effort and came to Weeley for the weekend.
A special thank you to Robert ( Trusty mad ) for all the extra work he put in to
helping me set up on Friday and helping me on Sunday evening to pull down
and store all the bits away again till next year. A full report will be in
the next issue of the Cultivator. Dave.

I was at Weeley today setting the field out and the ground was a little bit wet but it ploughed ever so well. Looking good for the weekend so do not be put off by the weather forcasters.
We are going to have a good weekend. See you all there on Saturday and Sunday. Dave.
