    I have a Wrigley tipper that has been stored for a long time and would appreciate advice on it as I cannot start it. With thanks Quin

    Quin, any more information eg what engine, a photo of machine would help with identifying model.

    Hi Charlie I have looked on the plate and it’s a villiers 12/2 the number seems to be 937d 090 I will forward a photo soon but it looks the same as the tipper with logs in it under the Wrigley section only with less paint and a little rust not sure of the original colour thanks for your prompt reply. Quin

    Villiers Mk12/2 will probably need points cleaning to get a spark. Magneto can suffer from failed coil or condensor. Carb will also need a good clean out.
