Got my cultivator yesterday. Very good read as always. I like the new two column layout. What’s everyone else’s thoughts?

Received my copy yesterday, excellent new two column layout, the only flaw is my phone number is wrong it should be 07778 128914 in the for sale section all the best to our new editor, Charlie did a fantastic job

Dave, apologies for error with phone number, I will have to get Robert to run the advert again with correct number.

Well done, Pike! The two column format gets my vote as well.

Hmm – mine not yet arrived – put it down to the “postie” working a 3 day week!!

I note that it’s not on our web pages yet either.

John, the magazine is not uploaded to website until I know memebers have started to receive paper copy by post. It is then down to me finding time to upload it to the website.

I understand Charlie – mine arrived yesterday about 13.00 (apparently there is a shortage of “Posties” in Sevenoaks and they are having to double up on their rounds)

By the way it looks good with 2 columns – makes it easier to read – probably easier digitally as well.

    Regards

Hello Charlie, with regards to Peter Mitchell request on page 4 for information on Brown Jr, I have both a twin wheel and single wheel models, along with Planet Jr’s. Brown Jr were made by George Brown’s Implements Ltd of Victoria Ironworks, Leighton Buzzard, and were basically identical to Planet Jr, but in 1956 Brown’s were supplied with “Latest Improvements one piece pressed steel wheel “.
Hopefully the attachments will work, and will be of assistance to Peter, leaflets supplied by Geo. Brown’s Ltd a number of years ago, and a photo of my twin wheel Brown Jr and some of my Planet Jr’s a few years ago.
    Yours sincerely Adam Clarke

    Hi Adam.
Can I print your reply in the cultivator so that members who are not on the forum can see it as well?
