Replacement wheel bushes for 1960s Hayter

Does anyone know where I might be able to get replacement plastic wheel bushes, similar to the one pictured, for a 1960s Hayter rotary mower?

Or is there an alternative I could use or adapt?

I use Delrin plastic and turn my own bearings out of that stuff.
