MemberI found this on the net it was referring to dating a MK 1O.
If its one of the older engines you will need to remove the cowl, on the outer edge of the f,wheel there is a string of numbers the last 2 denote the year IE 62=1962 etc.

Memberand I have noticed that the petrol tank in the atco ad is a more modern shape to the older bomb shape which we have mounted on the resto model. could this help in dating it.??

Memberlooking at the yak you can see many other machines all rolled into one. mainly early dumpers from building sites in days past. got a close up of the footwell and wondered how many people with baggy trousers got there trouser leg caught up in the engine pulley nearest them ?

Memberhi gareth they are good pickups getting harder to find now i had the use out ov 3 brats they could go anywere mine did in the early 90s they were hard worked commom fault was drive shaft also hungry on petrol still got bullbars an canopys someware locked away happy days i drove these yokes were landrover didnt dare go or i was just mad the steering was great with 30 plus bales ov hay on and a sheepdog on the top use to get some funny looks brings back memorys i can still smell the spilled milk in bottles at lambing time the heaters were second to none

MemberBeen a bit to busy busy for the last couple of weeks to work on this project, hopefully the next couple of photos should explain why. Me and Keri finally tied the knot on Friday.

MemberSpoke to Mark Woodward today, he informs me that the layout will be changed for Tractor World 2014 with the horticultural machines siutuated in the top hall, so it will be in a larger area and it might be a bit warmer next year !!
Mark asked that this could be publicised so I agreed to put a post on here.
