    The following photo shows an early Barford Atom with rotavator, this is the only reference I have found regarding a rotavator for this model.

    It is going to be an absolute nightmare to draft legislation and even harder to enforce.
    The police have trouble catching all the uninsured car drivers at present, how would they cope with everything else added.

    It is possible to get a ‘daylight only’ MoT, I believe on a vehicle without lights. So lights are not necessary so long as only driven in daylight. Huge can of worms.

    The first letter of the engine number will indicate the capacity. If you google JAP engine numbers you will find the relevant information. This is one link I found JAP engine number coding

    Rob, before uploading photo look to see what size the image file is, Changing the physical size of the image is not the same thing.
