What is this handle ?

I found this handle in my garden( used to be part of a farm) it is just over 5 ft long and weighs abound 25 lbs. I think it’s iron. My thoughts are a bridlegate type latch or a farm implement control lever of some kind?

I suspect it is a pump handle

Part of a jack that goes under cart axles ?

Looks more like a handle to pull locking pin down on top of a barn door, pivot on lower hole, pin attached to curved part hole.
