Ransomes MG2 Clutch coming loose

The bolt on the clutch on my Ransomes MG2 comes loose. I used a longish torque wrench to tighten it to 720inch pounds, near top of my setting range, worked for a while then come loose again. during todays first trip out to do some logging, I had to tighten the clutch retaining nut 3 times, second two times were prevention, but it did need a nip up!

The nut is one Neil supplies, so you don’t need the super skinny socket, it is a good fit, well made, and I am using the thicj washer with the one side rounded to mate with clutch housing. I did have trouble refitting the clutch, just didn’t sit well.

Any ideas welcome – does it just need to settle in, and regular nips for fist few hours of use?
