Howard Bantam Vintage Rotavator

Hi Forum,
I have been a keen gardener for a while and have just become the proud owner of my Howard Bantam Rotavator. She needs a little TLC so I’m looking to source some piston rings to try and get her running. I am also really keen to know how old my rotavator is and what it actually says on the plaque. I’ve attached a few photos. Can anyone help?
