Can anyone identify this machine?

I was just browsing various web sites and came across this machine but I don’t have any idea what it is, I’m hoping someone on here could tell me what it is. Sorry it’s not a good photo but it’s all I could get from it.

Well I guess this has got everyone stumped!
It may be just me, but does this forum seem less active than on the old site, a lot of names I used to see on a weekly basis don’t appear now, where’s everyone gone?

The photo is not very clear, which does not help. It may well be a machine from Europe, there are several possible names.

I have seen a machine like this before, I have a hunch that it is a French SIFT tractor, but I stand to be corrected.

I’m pretty sure you’re right that it’s from Europe as I cam across it on a French website, I figured as its fairly distinctive it would’ve been quite straight forward for the knowledgeable folks on here to identify, oh well the search continues 🙂

The styling of the bonnet front looks very FIAT to me- could it be Italian?
