atco deluxe 24″ timing –single cylinder jap engine—wico mag very good spark –fires back through carb when trying to start–needs retiming I think how do you do this thanks martin

Can you give any further information about engine eg model, is mag flywheel type or other? A photo of engine and mag would help with identity.
