    Been looking at the history of Simar and thought you may like to see this a Type 4,all there discovered recently by a certain Mr Wallingfield! It is the actual Rototiller that appeared in the Fruit Grower in 1938.Pictured with a Commando style Gnome!

    This is now within the safe keeping of the Hall & Duck Trust,when found everything unceased except for the valves on the engine, restoration will be shortly undertaken by the Commando Gnome a certain John Dyer

    Commando Gnome looks like a younger version of ex-Shopkeeper. Are they related, perchance???

    Certainly in much better condition than the model 4 (number 72) I have!!! Look forward to seeing and hearing your 4 working.
