Hi thanks both for the help. Tmax, eBay is normally my first go to and I did come across those needles with the grooves but they didn’t look right. Thanks for the suggestion though.

After first checking for British seagull Villiers carb spares (it seems v508c was more common on those?) I’ve come across this part:
The length seems appropriate, can anyone confirm if that would be right part? Much appreciated!

Hi all, I recently brought a non-runner Mayfield cultivator with a Villiers mk15 engine. I’ve taken the carb apart which is a v508c/1 which I don’t think is original to the engine? It’s missing the float bowl valve needle which I assume looks like a brass pin?
Could anyone point me in the direction for spare parts for this carb? Ive checked…[Read more]
