Does anyone have any ideas about refurbishing the fuel pump diaphragm on the K241 fitted to this machine? Alternatively, are the replacement pumps available on eBay any good….they seem to be quite cheap and made of plastic?

I’ve repaired a few quite easily, I’d suggest using the genuine Kohler parts for anything like the fuel pump diaphragm.

Thanks but though an original pump would be ideal the cost at £130 would be difficult to justify. Perhaps refurbishment of the diaphragm is possible….the nitrile seems to be available.

If you search Google( Kholer plastic fuel pump) you will see a few questions and answers. I don’t need at the moment. But for that price, think I would take a chance. Sorry bit late only now seen your topic. Owen.
