Wheel weights what are they from ?

hi all. have come across a new pair of weights and they may fit a merry tiller but they also may be from another type of tiller or garden tractor. they measure 9 inches on the flat side but when turned over they have multiple circular sizes as they reduce towards the center which has a large hole possibly for a tubular shaft eg merry tiller to centralize them. ANY help welcome.

Difficult to tell from your images but my immediate thought is front wheel weights for a garden tractor with a rear mounted grass collector.

Certainly not Monro Tiller, at over 2 cwt it does not need extra weight!!!!
