hello everyone .
i am after some help/advise on a engine i have , am used to the villiers engine on my howards but i bought a generator with one on but it is lpg. i had id running and working and at its first show it would run til hot then cut out and now it wont start, ive tried different regulators on the bottle. but i think its the second low pressure one on the engine that is the trouble , anyone know where i could take it for a look?
I assume you have checked for a spark to rule out an ignition fault. British Telecom had most of their portable pumps and generators running on gas, this avoided the need to carry petrol in cans and most vehicles had gas bottles on board already. It might be worth speaking to Meetens as they are Villiers parts specialists.
