How can I get hold of an ignition magneto for my Simar 56 E? Anyone have tips or one for sale.

They’re for sale on ebay or you could overhaul if you have one available for the 56

The correct magneto is a Wico A 1025BZ. The tricky part will be finding the drive gear that fits on the magneto armature shaft. Specification and information attached. Other Wico A magnetos with the same mounting should fit and will probably work.
