It is possible to buy the parts, inner, outer and nipples to make your own. You will need a good soldering iron 100w or more. I have just made throttle cables for a couple of my Monro Tillers. Universal cable kits are available, try your local motorcycle spares dealer. If you know the dimensions etc it might be worth speaking to John Cruse at THe Mower Centre, Hailsham; he does mail order.
