In the Farm Implement and Machinery Review of February 1951 there is a report from Tractors (London) Ltd of a unusual Trusty produced to meet the requirements of orange growers in Palestine and called the “Palestine arrangement”
I do not know how well the report with photograph will come out but to allow the Trusty to drive between orange trees it had special wheels as well as a seating arrangement for the operator there being not much room under the trees for a man to walk.
This was put forward by Tractors (London) Ltd of the adaptibility of the Trusty and reports from all over the world on its dependability.
Thought this would be interesting to the Trusty fans.
    regards FP

I used that photo on the cover of the April 2012 issue of The Cultivator. It does look as if it might have been 4 wheel drive, unfortunately the photo is not clear enough to be certain.
The Farm Implement & Machinery Review is another great source of vintage adverts and some very good articles, I have about 50 issues in my collection.
