jonsered2149Regarding Your Pioneer P12 . There are a whole manor of these saw out there as although badged Pioneer these were as someone told Me at the time in the early 1980’s produced in around 50 different colours and most Major manufactures of chain saws had one in their range which was normally the bottom of the range . The saws themselves were made by either SKIL or TML (TRAIL MANUFACTURING LTD ) in America here are a few names that sold these under their own brand , Husqvarna , Jonsered ,Danarm , Jobu , Partner , Pioneer and in the what is know in the cLub Books in the UK as Frontier I hope this sheds some light about the history of your saw .
