2016 is the 80th anniversary year of the introduction of the MG crawler tractor.
I have arranged with Tractor World to put on a display featuring every model of Ransomes crawler built between 1936 and 1966. This I would hope to include as many MG2 as we can together with implements for all models. If you have a Ransomes crawler and would like to take part I would like to here from you, equally implements for these tractors particularly rare items such as loaders ,sawbenches, trailers compressors, sprayers,seed drills etc. It would be wonderful if some of the owners of the very rare models would take part. The plan is that all tractors will be photographed and each entrant will receive an album of all of the photographs.
The show is to be held on 12th 13th March 2016 at the Three Counties Showground Malvern Worcestershire. There is no charge for displaying a machine. Camping is available on site.
Machines can be displayed in original or restored condition participation is more important than shiny paint. Neil jarrett is hoping to have a stand with spares and auto jumble, others will be displaying literature.
