Hi all i have a instruction book for the minor and minorette and list 140 gear oil for the gearbox it states that the combined oil level and drain plug are situated on the right hand side of the gear case and for topping up the tractor must be level and for draining the machine must be tilted backwards hope that helps Happy New Year to one and all

Hi Mike I have a brochure for that machine and i am sure it shows the mower and a mechanical hoe attachment as well as the Rotavator attached to the front . Yes my own machine although small is quite heavy and awkward good luck with your machine
Hi Mike what you have is a Farmers boy Minor Rotary Hoe With a Villiers mk12 four stroke engine I have one but it has the earlier Villiers two stroke engine model 3g

Yes the black wire went a a kill switch on the dash panel you dont need a battery to energise it it is a flywheel magneto I am very familiar with the tractor 1030 I have 4 and a 1032 as well any questions etc I can help send me a pm

Hi Ginger thats definetly a BSA Engine the same as my own, have you the side panels it also seems to have two fuel tanks? is there a throttle lever on the handle bars nice machine have you had it running
