Sadly I Never did find replacement seals.I got a friend to turn 2 steel discs of the right size with a groove in the center of the outer edge to take a large O ring. This sort of works if bearings are not over-lubricated. -

@alan Re my Opperman enquiry Thank you for your suggestions Alan. I have a lot of information on Motocarts and other Opperman products which I can share with members. What I do not have is details of their factory. I will try your suggestions.

I am rebuilding my 1947 motocart and am looking for two EXTERNAL LIP oil seals for brake drums.
So far I have got nowhere with usual online suppliers. Can anyone help ?
