    i am currently restoring a tarpen type 50 240v generator and was wondering dose anyone know what make engine tarpen used as i cant find a manufactures name on it anywhere.
    any help much appreciated.

    The engine appears to be a Villiers F15.

    Thanks. I was unsure as it has a amal carb and all the other Villiers i have worked on had there own carbs fitted.
