Replacement parts for Villiers carb

Hi all, I recently brought a non-runner Mayfield cultivator with a Villiers mk15 engine. I’ve taken the carb apart which is a v508c/1 which I don’t think is original to the engine? It’s missing the float bowl valve needle which I assume looks like a brass pin?
Could anyone point me in the direction for spare parts for this carb? Ive checked websites like Villiers spares and I don’t think this is an available ite. Alternatively, if anyone can recommend a replacement carb, either Villiers or non-genuine, that would be great! Thanks Dan

After first checking for British seagull Villiers carb spares (it seems v508c was more common on those?) I’ve come across this part:

V355 Fuel Needle

The length seems appropriate, can anyone confirm if that would be right part? Much appreciated!

Hello DanH, are you able to look on ebay search villiers carburetors 3rd page I came across a whole host of needles with the 5 setting rings on top end, new old stock supposedly hope this is some use.

George shead at villiersparts will sort you out.
tmax , we’re talking float needles here , not fuel needles.

Hi thanks both for the help. Tmax, eBay is normally my first go to and I did come across those needles with the grooves but they didn’t look right. Thanks for the suggestion though.
