Problem with Ransomes Motor triple electrical system

Hi not so long ago i bought this machine and the electrics were in bad condition so i decited to make a new wiring but there are 3 cables coming out of the alternator and voltage regulator has only 4 wires coming out and there’s also motorhour clock. sorry for my bad english
