    Spotted this during recent holiday in Ireland, no idea what it is.

    Hi Charlie.
    I think your machine is a Barford Power scythe that has been modified, using other Barford parts, wheels etc. In fact it looks to be a more usable machine.

    Chris, now I have had a second look I agree with you, it was the wheels that threw me off the scent.
