Hi, I am restoring a vintage mountfield m1 monarch rotavator, all 100% original and I’ve used for years. I am restoring just as a project but was wondering if they have a value. I think they are a great machine full of power with the 5hp B&S engine.
I would also like to show it when complete but never done anything like that before so any advise would be appreciated.

Ed, welcome to the forum.
It is always difficult to give valuations, it might be worth looking on e bay to see what they are making on there.
If you intend showing at events you will need public liability insurance, the easiest way to get that is by joining the VHGMC as insurance is included in the cost of membership, £17/year for UK single member.
