Rob, your photo files are too large and need resizing to less than 3072 KB.

Rob, before uploading photo look to see what size the image file is, Changing the physical size of the image is not the same thing.

Your best bet is to download a program called “Shrinkpic” off the internet. It just sits on your computer and when you want to post a photo (or email a photo as an attachment) it automatically adjusts the size to something more manageable. I’ve used it for years with no problems.
