Landmaster rotary hoe "Hawk" help

Gday All, I have brought a landmaster hawk, My main trouble is im missing the slider drive dog & selector paw, that engages the tiller.
My second concern is on the main wheel drive shaft ( opposite end of wheel Drive engagement dog )
it seems someone has put a hose clamp to space the gearing away from the inside drive shaft bearing, also giving the correct spacing to align the chains through the chain tension rollers.
Can anyone tell me is it just a simple spacer missing or otherwise?

Gday All, Does anyone know where i can acquire a parts manual for the landmaster hawk?
Or is there someone that can give me dimensions of the tiller dog clutch, to have it made.
Also id like to know if there are springs that hold the dog clutch.
Anyone know where these parts maybe available?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
