Howard Gem Restored

I’ve been out today up into the Lake District to Windermere and whilst at the garden centre saw this Howard Gem in a plant display. It looks a good restoration and very well resprayed but not sure if it’s in working condition. Unfortunately it’s outside so what will the Lake District weather do for it I wonder?

The name on the Gem is the owners name.

A great shame it’s not undercover, but does look a nice resto of a late 70’s super gem judging by the air cleaner and exhaust.
