My gem just stopped and won’t re start it has a spark.

It’s a khohler engine

Is there a fuel pump diaphragm.

Also it has a number of E2641950 can any one age it or is it 1950?

Is the choke on in the up position or off.

Haven’t used it for 5 years can’t remember .
