OK long sotry short, my dad (landscape gardener) turns up one evening with a Howard Demon (I think) after i asked him to rotorvate some of my allotment.
Any way happy to try to restor it but there are some bit i have no idea where to source.
Wheels – i need some new tryes (the bits that are left are hard rubber with tread on them??
manual – any idea where i would find a manual for the rotorvator part and the BSA Power unit.

Any good places for spares ??

    Any help gratefully recieved

Hi, somewhere I have got a manual for both but at the moment I’m struggling to find them.
For the tyres pop down your local garage and ask for some old cambelts, that they’ve changed. Turn them inside out and get a good contact adhesive to bond them to the rim. Almost undetectable from the originals.

The wheels should be as you say “hard rubber with tread on them” , as for manuals , there’s usually some on the well known auction site.
Some engine spares are still available from Meetens , I recently got a set of new rings and big end shells when I did the engine on my Demon.
