Howard Bantam carburetor leak

I’m nearly at the end of a Bantam restoration and put fuel in for the first time but fuel is leaking out of a small hole below the tickler button?…any ideas please..Pic was taken from the forum and credit goes to the fantastic restoration this guy has done and was inspired to have a go myself.
