Hi, I’ve just acquired a Howard 350 and noticed that the clutch brake arm is not present. Likewise, neither are the mounting holes in the clutch arm. I have purchased a clutch brake arm but need to know whereabouts to drill the holes in the clutch arm to mount it. Could someone please let me know how far from the cable end of the arm are the holes drilled. I know the arm is adjustable so, am guessing a certain amount of latitude is acceptable.
    Many thanks.

Thanks Jim ! I’ll pick it up on Tuesday.

By the way, you were right re. the old clutch: the friction ring had become detached and was stuck to outer drum. Came off in one piece, so all I need to do now is clean it all up and re-assemble it, after glueing the ring back on.
