    Aquired this from a contact at Dorset steam fair bought it for spares but it deserves restoring anyone got a Petter PC1.

    Ivan most of the work on this project has been done in the old brain box , early in the week i parted company with my old Trusty to make some undercover room for the crawley going to collect the old girl from under the apple tree down the plot in the morning, yesterday i collected a petter PC1 from Nottingham to power it so not much action but lots of planning,

    Collected the crawley today she is now undercover in the gararge and not under a sheet I hope to start stripping it down next week.

    all stripped down not much to look at now, I carted it off for blasting and priming , by the way i did cover all the machine ends up and fit the other hub.

    well Chris it is john deere yellow quite a close match to the original the green is light brunswick green both paints easy to get, its is a bit lighter than my other one,

    New bearings in worm drive diff, there is a bit of rust in the worm ends but the section that engauges is not to bad, i will clean it up before putting it back the crown wheeel looks fine.

    Now it almost looks like a tractor i have now got to fix the engine and gearbox and link them up.
