Good morning fellow members.
I’ve just picked up the below machine for the huge sum of 99p. Does anybody know what it is and how to date it at all please

I think you have a Clifford model A3 Engine appears to be a JAP model 6 you will be able to date the machine by the letter code stamped on the engine block this is located on the top of the crank case beside the carburetor if you help with this or info i can help
